Breaking through weight loss plateau

May 29, 2008, I weighed 179.2 this morning. I was able to move through the weight loss plateau. I was able to do this by changing my exercise routine daily. I started weight training consistently.

    Good for you, It does get harder and harder the more weight you loose. I have learned to try new things every month and keep moving and moving.
