Not Too Shabby!

Since the scale is not moving like I want it to I decided to take my measurements this morning.

I have lost 3/8" off my waist and my hips. I also lost 1/4" off my thighs! My chest and arms stayed the same, which is fine.

I am happy! Even though I was not as active lately due to a sore knee I still managed to lose inches! I even tried on my "skinny" jeans last weekend. They fit, but I think in about 5 more pounds they'll fit even better!

I'll keep doing what I am doing and staying true to the plan!

My knee is doing better and I have started to increase my exercise as well! No high impact - yet...

    Susan, your an inspriation to me, you keep going and going. I always look for you on the exercise thread, I know thats where you'll be.
    Now about those inches!!! WOW!! Good job! Maybe i'll have to bust out the tape measure!
