I feel so good joining this site and so motivated. A big thing for me is I have a bad habit of having alcohol with or after dinner. Just one or two glasses but the calories add up so quickly. Alcohol also makes your burn fat more slowly. Well, since I've seriously started working on this site and myself I am getting out of that habit and I've already lost 3 pounds. It makes a huge difference.!!! If this is what helps me stay motivated then yay!!!
