Blessings

I have had a wonderful weekend filled with blessings and I want to shout and tell about them.

Friday..........first, God woke me up.

Second, I had been expecting my property taxes and they finally came. Since I had never paid taxes before I didn't know what to expect. I was hoping they would be no more than $600 but they were only $236!

Third, my sons told me there was a check that been here for a few days. I opened it and it was for $135! So that meant I only had to pay $101 for the taxes. Isn't God good?!?

Fourth, after paying the taxes my sons and I went to dinner for the youngest son's birthday. His birthday is Monday but we all have to work that day. I spent precious time with my kids. Our schedules are so busy that we hardly see each other.

Fifth, the boys spent quality time together. This made me so happy.

Saturday, I spent time with both boys but more time with the oldest. It was a nice quiet day. Very relaxing. While my son and I were out, I ran into his aunt and she is still crazy as ever. She made me laugh and I needed that medicine.

Sunday, I cooked for the boys and they really enjoyed dinner. I didn't go to church but God knows my heart.

God has been so good to me. He has helped me through some times when I didn't see a light at the end of the tunnel. I know God loves me and I love Him for loving me.

I could go on and on but I'll end here. But I will be back to tell about more blessings God has showered me with.
