Here we go again!

So glad to always be able to come back to Spark for help! I've been coasting and gaining a bit for about a year. Need to get down to a healthy BMI range. Really going to try to track eating for a couple of weeks and be very consistent with my morning runs of 4-5 miles five days a week.
