Not Liking the scale!!!!!

I'm still fighting with the scale. I'm exercising regularly, and on plan 6 out of 7 days each week, and still the scale doesn't move and my clothes don't feel looser...GRRRR! I began thinking and looking back at my meals. About 2 months ago, I stopped incorporating protein into my breakfasts and I began eating breakfast so late...sometimes skipped it altogether. So, I'm trying to go back to having my egg sandwich or omelet for breakfast and making sure I eat it early to jump start my metabolism. Wish me luck!
