I didn't lose a thing in June, but I'm not gonna let that get me down. I'm doing things right by exercising about 5 times a week and eating healthy (well, for the most part). I'm going to buckle down and make July a losing month! Not exactly sure how (I'm a bit confused as to why I'm not losing now), but I will make some changes and move forward!
