Mini Goals to help me get to my BIG goal

I had to lay my goals out like a time line. I had the weight ticker in mind when I was doing this.
I am going to eat in my calorie range everday.
I will continue going to go to the gym 4 times a week.
I will drink my 8+ cups water daily
I will continue to weigh in weekly but I will journal my feelings and I will ALWAYS end on a positive note.
I will treat myself the way I treat others. I was always doing things for my family and I can't forget about me I am apart of the family also!!!
Stop looking to the scale for a measurement of progress. I will look at my calorie range, my journaling and these mini-goals to make sure I am being positive about myself. I will continue to update my visual motivators so I can have a constant reminder about what I want for myself.
I couldn't draw these thing out on a time line but these are the things that will help me get to where I want to be. I have to think thin to be thin. I have to think positive to be positive. I have to work hard to get the things I want!
If losing weight was easy then we woudln't be over weight.
