I keep slipping

I can't keep up with putting my information in Spark People. I can't get online to put in meals and exercise. I am going to try to at least keep up with the Quick Entry and Family Adventure. I have been slacking for the past couple of months again, as I have been busier at work. It's hard enough for me to log in some days, much less enter anything. At least, I have been trying to keep a diary at home of my veges and water intake. Haven't had time for exercise, but will try to at least do 10 mins per day at first of yoga. We'll see what happens.

    Keep trying. I'm definitely finding that tracking what I eat and how much I work out makes a difference in the way I feel! It helps keep me on track in terms of getting in my veggies and fibre, plus, exercise keeps my water-intake going, too, making it way easier to drink the required amount of water every day!

    And you said you're busy at work - that will always be the case - make the time for yourself, too! It may mean a half-hour less of sleep, but if you make it a priority, the exercise and meal-planning WILL happen, so you'll have many little successes, which will motivate you to do even more, and so on! :) Fast track to goal! ;)
