I was really upset on the 25th. After finally talking with Anthony like two civilized human beings, we are much better now. I just hope he learns to leave work at work when he is at home.

Yesterday we went to a birthday party for a friend'd daughter. There was pizza, cake and cookies to tempt me... I ate a slice of pizza, 1/2 a slice of cake and 3 cookies. I went out of my range, but not by too much.

Today is much better. A whole wheat english muffin with yogurt for breakfast, brown rice, black beans, brocolli and cheese for lunch, a snack of toast with jam and frozen grapes and raspberries and TONS of water. I guess I am trying to cleanse my system of all the crap food I ate on Sunday. Tonight for dinner we are going to have baked potatoes with turkey chili (from a can... sorry, I'm tired of cooking!!!).

I weighed myself on our scale here at home, for some reason it decided to work and it says 236.5. I dont know if I should count that or not. It never works. Then I wonder if I had my starting weight wrong. I dont know. I guess I will mark it in the weight tracker...
