Doin' the yoga thing

Monday, July 28, 2008

Well, the past two days have been pretty good. Each night, I have attempted 10 minutes of yoga with each child individually. The two-year-old is pretty funny to look at her try the poses. The 7-year-old is much better than her sisters at copying my moves, and can attempt more difficult moves than her sister. However, all three (including the newly-turned 5-year-old--today's her birthday) have had fun getting ready for bedtime. We are trying to incorporate this into our nightly routine. Work on one thing at a time, yoga at night right now, then try some cardio in the morning in the next few weeks. Just so hard fitting in a workout with my hectic schedule. We'll see how it goes...
