I'm still here

Well, the good news is I haven't gained any more weight. I have been trying to fit in 10 minutes of leg exercises here, and some stretching there. Trying to eat well (or at least as well as my limited budget will allow). Exercise on the weekends. My daughter is so cute. We have On-Demand, and she has discovered Fit Kids with Denise Austin. Most evenings she is in my room exercising before dinner. She is doing something productive AND staying out of my hair =D
Keep forgetting to post exercise and nutrition on here. I do it as often as I remember, but I have been keeping an informal log at home every day. We'll see how it goes. Maybe I can get up that extra 1/2 hour earlier every day to exercise (like 4:30 a.m. isn't early enough)?
