Fell off the wagon

I haven't been to the gym in a month. Every since school started, I haven't found the time. I am a teacher so the majority of my day has been spent at school. I really want to get started again. I had lost a lot of weight. Now I feel like I am gaining it back. I can't let that happen. emoticon

    Your schedule has changed so now you have to change the times you work out. So you can't make it to the gym, try to workout at home. Get a stability ball and some three pound weights and do some of the workouts here on SP. Or, start walking during your lunch break and then again right before you get in your car to go home. I don't know how early you get up but maybe you can sneak a few minutes in the morning. Find a way. Think out of the box. Your workouts don't have to all be at the same time, you can break up thirty minutes into three ten minute sessions. You can do it!!!

    That's the nice thing about Sparkpeople. It's always here for us, even when we aren't doing as well with the weight loss and fitness thing as we'd like. Have a fit and healthy rest of the week! emoticon
