We all have future plans for what we want to do next in life. Have you ever thought about what you were going to do once you met your goal weight? I know most of us are not just going to sit around. I know I can't because it's not a good thing to do. Some people want to do something that involves some type of activity such as climb a mountain, take a hike, go river rafting across an adventurous river. I don't think I'm quite ready for something as adventurous as any of that. I might want to start with a small mountain or stick with my swimming. I just know I can't sit still. I stepped up my exercise by adding a little more miles and a little faster step to my walk, a little more laps to my swimming, more pounds to the weights and a little more time on the bowflex and elliptical.
