Zombie Mode

I always try to do my weekly blog on Sunday night because I am more refreshed after the weekend. On Sundays I would try to brainstorm different topics I might want to write about in my blog.

But now that I am working some weekends, my brain has turned to mush. All I want is some extra sleep. No matter how tired I was before I started working, I knew I had the weekend to recover and catch a little extra shut eye. Not anymore!
I feel like a walking zombie operating on auto pilot. I am just going through the motions of my household chores and getting a little forgetful.
I am scheduled to work more hours this coming week than I ever have so I am a little concerned about getting all of my cardio and strength training in this week. But, I am going to do my darndest to get it done. Now if I could vanquish the pesky housework, cooking, laundry, grocery shopping, etc. and hubby and the kids would do those things, I would have it made. :) I guess if I am going to dream, it might as well be big!


Well you know what they say "no rest for the wicked or weary".

    I can sooooooooo totally relate to zombie mode. I never thought to name it that but I've been right there. It's important that you get rest so that your body can function properly. Do what you can do. Get hubby and children to pitch in I'm sure they won't mind... :-)
