Well, I haven't lost anything since last weigh-in. I thought I had been making healthier choices and trying to squeeze in bits of exercise. I already have so much to do every day of the week that it is hard to squeeze in rest time, much less exercise time. But, at least cooler weather is here. Maybe we can all go walking after dinner (on the weekends since we get home so late during the week). Kali would love that. She just recently learned how to ride a two-wheel bike. If I had a bike with a trailer, we could all go for a bike ride in the quiet neighborhood we live in (maybe I'll put it in my note to Santa!)

    sometimes it seems that we just come to a standstill and then all of a sudden things change and we are moving again...better get that letter off soon to Santa.. he'll be awfully busy here soon... you keep up the good work..
