I feel good!!!!

So for two weeks now I've been taking classes every day for about an hour and I really feel great. I'm even losing more too. I love it! Yes the classes are hard but I find that I push myself even harder to work out when the instructor and the people in the class are all breathing hard too and working out. I was always intimidated to take classes cause I'm a big girl and I didn't think I could hang with all the skinnier and fit people but I find that when I'm in class working out, I don't even care about anyone else but how good I feel. Yes, oh what a feeling! ha!ha!ha! Since I've started working out for at least an hour a day for a class and it varies - Monday - Dance, Tuesday - weight train/step, Wed. - Kick boxing, Thursday - 25 lift class, and Friday is an easy day to just walk on the treadmill. I've lost 6 lbs. these last two weeks and I'm loving it!!!! I feel good!!!! oh yeah!!!
