Did okay on food this weekend but had a few drinks Fri and Sat night. Boy it sure interferred with my sleeping. Definately can tell I haven't been drinking for a while after having a few this weekend. Feel like crap. Forgot to keep my list in my back pocket when we met friends to watch the game.

Oh and didn't work out at all this weekend, so I came up a little short on my exercise goal BUT standing all morning Saturday for Maddie's tryouts (and pacing), gave me a little more exercise - but I didn't count it.

Feeling confident to get back on track this week. Now that daylight savings gives me a little more time in the mornings...i need to use it to work out in the mornings. Just thinking about going home today and running, ick. Could of hit the spinning class but had to meet the repair guys at home. Of course they have to come back tomorrow. :(

I think I used the excuse for my non exercising and having drinks as celebration for Maddie making the first vball team in her age group (was a goal of hers!). It is worth celebrating but must come up with healthier celebratory options. :)
