1-4 four days of mourning when i ate McDonald 3 meals everyday..(i promise to myself never let myself out of control again)
5-morning to the gym--- 300 calories power walk with 100 sit ups
6-morning to the gym--- 300 calories power walk with 100 sit ups
7-morning to the gym--- 300 calories power walk with 100 sit ups
8 -morning to the gym--- 300 calories power walk with 100 sit ups
9 -Sunday..i didn't made it to the gym.very lazy--naa daa ..
10-morning to the gym ---300 calories power walk with 100 sit ups
11- morning to the gym--- 300 calories power walk with 100 sit ups
12-morning to the gym --- 300 calories power walk with 100 sit ups
13-morning to the gym ---300 calories power walk with 200 sit ups
14-woke up late didn't set the alarm feel like a loser but i made it in the evening ---300 calories power walk
15-morning to the gym ---300 calories power walk with 200 sit ups
16-morning to the gym i was doing my normal ---300 calories power walk in treadmill and i extend it cause i was watching 'ARE YOU SMARTER THAN 5TH GRADERS' and end up losing a total 450 calories with 300 sit ups..woo hoo i feel really good today and the best after 1 year i got my period..woo hooo..
17-morning to the gym..300 calories power walk with 400 sit ups..lol i got the Monday blues..
18-morning to the gym..350 calories power walk with 400 sit up
19-morning to the gym..350 calories power walk with 400 sit up
20-morning to the gym..320calories power walk with 500 sit up
lol i went to the gym in the evening as well..cause i was so bored..another 320 calories power walk
21-morning to the gym..320calories power walk with 400 sit up
evening i did tae bo(Billy blank workout) and sum belly dance step..woo hoo i m tired but feeling good..i have learned today pain is gain!!!
22-morning to the gym--550 calories power walk with 500 sit up
23-SUNDAY..did my tae bo..
24-morning to the gym-350 calories power walk with 300 sit up and sum strength training for legs evening tae bo
25-morning to the gym-350 calories power walk with 400 sit up
26-morning to the gym-350 calories power walk with 300 sit up
27-important work..out station
