Ugh... (Day 2)

This is my food blog for Tuesday. Please know before you go on that I am fully aware that I have not been eating healthfully. My plan is only to monitor what I am eating this week. Then I will be creating a meal plan for next week. Please feel free to leave comments, I just wanted to make sure you know that I am aware that this was not a good eating day.

For breakfast I had a bowl of Cheerios with 1% milk and some frozen peaches:


For a snack, I had a carrot with about 2 tbsp. of ranch dip:


For lunch, I had Subway: a 6-inch turkey breast on wheat, toasted, with provolone cheese, lettuce, carrots and a tiny bit of light mayo; and bbq baked lay's:


At some point in the afternoon I had a snack of 2 pretzel rods, but did not take a picture.

For dinner, I had roast (which was cooked in organic vegetable broth with various herbs and spices and was absolutely delicious) and a potato (that was cooked in with the roast) and green beans along with a glass of 1% milk:


I did not manage to get on the treadmill, once again. This exhaustion and dizziness is driving me crazy. I cannot wait to go to the doctor. I need to find out what is going on with me. It definitely feels like something is not right with my body right now. I would say I will try to get on the treadmill today, but most likely I will be working on homework all day until it is time to go to my night class. I still have so much catching up to do.
Monday I will be weighing in again, and as I mentioned before I will try to create a meal plan for the week, so you will start to see some more healthy eating in my blog. I will also begin posting my hours of sleep and water intake. For now, I just wanted to get my food up here and work on getting my medical issues addressed.

    I did not see where your food intake was so terrible.. I have had much worse days than that..please do get to the dr.. we know when something is not right with our bodies better than anyone so please get it checked out and let us know how you are doing... good luck to you... hugs, Bonnie

    You're doing great so far with the new goals. I wouldn't let your dizziness and not feeling well make you feel guilty about not exercising. I, too, am making my way through a similar episode and have not been exercising at all. I can tell I'm finally starting to feel better, but I'm also afraid of pushing myself too far, too fast.

    What you ate this day was not bad in my opinion. I like your idea of logging food like this puts a whole new perspective on it. I hope you can figure out what is wrong when you go to the doctor. Good luck with that!
