This is my food blog for Tuesday. Please know before you go on that I am fully aware that I have not been eating healthfully. My plan is only to monitor what I am eating this week. Then I will be creating a meal plan for next week. Please feel free to leave comments, I just wanted to make sure you know that I am aware that this was not a good eating day.
For breakfast I had a bowl of Cheerios with 1% milk and some frozen peaches:
For a snack, I had a carrot with about 2 tbsp. of ranch dip:
For lunch, I had Subway: a 6-inch turkey breast on wheat, toasted, with provolone cheese, lettuce, carrots and a tiny bit of light mayo; and bbq baked lay's:
At some point in the afternoon I had a snack of 2 pretzel rods, but did not take a picture.
For dinner, I had roast (which was cooked in organic vegetable broth with various herbs and spices and was absolutely delicious) and a potato (that was cooked in with the roast) and green beans along with a glass of 1% milk:
I did not manage to get on the treadmill, once again. This exhaustion and dizziness is driving me crazy. I cannot wait to go to the doctor. I need to find out what is going on with me. It definitely feels like something is not right with my body right now. I would say I will try to get on the treadmill today, but most likely I will be working on homework all day until it is time to go to my night class. I still have so much catching up to do.
Monday I will be weighing in again, and as I mentioned before I will try to create a meal plan for the week, so you will start to see some more healthy eating in my blog. I will also begin posting my hours of sleep and water intake. For now, I just wanted to get my food up here and work on getting my medical issues addressed.
