Wednesday's Food Blog (Day 3)

Thursday, December 04, 2008

Here is my food blog for Wednesday:

For breakfast I really didn't feel like eating anything so I blended a packet of chocolate instant breakfast with 1% milk and a frozen banana:

For a snack I had some peach slices and a pretzel rod:

For lunch I cooked a chicken breast on the Foreman Grill and had some broccoli with light cheese sauce:

(Not pictured: After lunch I had a tiny sliver of german chocolate cake with most of the frosting removed. Thank goodness that cake is gone now... it kept calling out to me!)

I had a night class again, so I picked up a cappuccino with plans to buy some fruit or yogurt at the school cafeteria. Our teacher let us out on our break and the dumb little brats that work there at night had closed up about 10 minutes early... so no snack for me! (Can you tell I was quite irritated?)

Finally got to have dinner at about 10:30pm. (I hate night classes. I have to leave here at about 4:30 and don't get home until almost 10:30. Most of the classes that I need to finish over the next year are only offered at night... blah!)
Anyway, my husband made cheeseburgers and fries:

My appointment with my doctor is this evening (finally!!!). I'll let you all know tomorrow what he has to say.

So how are you doing calorie wise? I keep hitting on the hide end of my calories, sometimes going over and I didn't think what I was eating was that bad! Your eating sounds like it's relatively healthy. Keep it up!
