My Beliefs, Feelings and Behaviors Need Change!

That has been my problem in my weight-loss efforts.
I've been seeking the easiest and fastest ways to be healed from disordered eating and someone on Sparkpeople recommended me this book that has put things in a different perspective for me.
I used to be obsessed with counting calories so I was a little weary in joining Sparkpeople, but now i am learning to eat as I trust my internal cues and nothing external when I eat.
I started reading this book but only chapters 2-4 was in the preview. Chapter 1 was on the author's website for the book. I'm going to purchase it when I get home from college but I know I need to change my eating habits from the inside and it is going to be a slow and hard process, but I know that even today, I am on a journey to become that "normal" eater I was made to be. =]
