I'm new at this blogging thing but since SparkPeople now give a point for blogging, I guess it's worth a try.

As it's New Year's Day today, it seems like a good time to list some goals for the year:

1. I want to lose at least 24 pounds this year (2 pounds/month).
2. I want to keep exercising 50 min. a day and work up to an hour a day on most days of the week.
3. I want to get to 10,000 steps a day by the end of the year. I'm at about 7,500/day right now.
4. I want to allow the Lord to keep working on me to make me a woman of grace and integrity.
