My goals for the following year are:
#1- Get all of the candy out of my house! I will not do this by scarfing it all down, I will take it to work and give it to the employees that need the sugar rush more than I do. Plus, they will think I'm awesome... it's a win win.
#2- GO! I will get physically active for a minimum of 10 minutes every day. This can be done by
a) Completing a spark video
b) Doing a FIT TV workout
c) Taking a brisk walk
d) Heavy House Cleaning
e) Situp, Push ups, leg lifts, squats, etc. while watching TV
#3- Eat More Fruits and Vegetables. Every Day I will make sure that I am eating something from this food group. When shopping I will buy items fresh, frozen and canned so that I never have the excuse that there were no F/V in the house.
There it is THREE GOALS! Easy enough, I should be able to do this with no problem, right?
Ok, here is the tricky one...
#4- I will manage my finances better by writing down the money I spend in a notebook EVERYDAY for a minimum of one month. This will not only help me to curb my spending, but it will also discourage me from eating out so much.
