Slightly discourage

I feeling frustrated with my results today. I thought I was making progress until I got on the scale today for tracking purposes on this website. I'm pretty sure my weight hasn't gone down because of strength training, but it was still discouraging to see. I WILL NOT GIVE UP THOUGH!

    Hey there Queen!
    don't give up, it takes a little while and then wham it starts to melt off! Remember that weight training builds muscle which is a good thing, but it will show more in your measurements...You can do it and post and chat to get as much support!
