Goals for 2009

I will stay within my calorie range (goal is 1431-1717 based on BMR)
I will excersise daily
I will right in my calendar daily. By checking off my goals, and seeing my progress I know I will succeed!
Short Term Goals:
I will lose 10 pounds before my birthday (2lbs a week)
I will lose 20 pounds by Leanndra's Birthday
**If I lose 2 lbs a week, I could be Leanndra's weight by 4th of July**
I will be 25 pounds lighter by the first day of Summer!!
Long Term Goal:
I will lose 50 lbs this year (1 lb a week with room for error)
