Back on Track

I lost 2 days of workout time this week due to a sore throat. I know that resting was the right thing to do, but I still felt guilty. Even though I'm still a little under the weather I did Tae Bo at home yesterday and today. Didn't want to risk getting sick again from coming out of the gym hot into the cool air.
