LOVE the results of working out

OK - Still limping around. However, last night I did a low impact workout AND I USED THE WEIGHTS --- no modifications here! I made it through and did the mat work.
Can't wait until tonight to do it again.
STILL scared to get on the scale - but I have to - I will do it tonight.
I just FEEEEELLLL better!!
