I felt GREAT today - I really didn't want to get on the scale -but I've been doing so good on the workouts - food have been good - with the exception of my Birthday!!

Lost 3 lbs -- FINALLY back under 200.

I am really proud of myself for getting back in the habit of excercisings. I now enjoy going to the gym.
