Ouch!!!

I have been having problems with my knees for a few months now. They hurt sometimes and it is very difficult to stand up from a squatting position. It is almost impossible for me to kneel. Well, today I did the 10 minute Bootcamp Video. I used to do kickboxing type exercise on a regular basis so I figured it would be a breeze. Well, not so. My knees were killing me. Since it was such a short workout I stuck it out and finished. But I will definitely be getting to the doctor soon to try to find out what is wrong. I also did the Day 2 Strength workout and will hopefully be getting on the treadmill for a walk this evening. I've been doing pretty good with my eating today, especially considering I went to Olive Garden for lunch. And I have almost drank all my water for the day already! So, here are my starting measurements as promised:

Weight: 189.8
Waist: 33.25"
Stomach: 38.75"
Hips: 44.5"
R Thigh: 28.75"
L Thigh: 27.75"
R Bicep: 13.5"
L Bicep: 13"

    Please see a doctor! You don't want to hurt your knee. Do you have good shoes? I know that sounds silly but I used to have knee pain but getting more supportive shoes helped me. Good luck!
