One Month!

So one month into the new year, and I've really been sticking to eating well and tracking. I need to work on exercising more, and the cutting down on the drinking. I've given up alcohol for FEB and told everyone, so I've got a tag team that will help me make sure I stick with it. Looking forward to dropping more weight!!

    No alcohol for a month??!! EEEK! Not sure I could do it, but it will really help you drop the weight.
