Nearing the first 10 lbs lost.

In a day or two I will finally have lost my first 10 lbs. I'm really excited for this moment and will be celebrating with a manicure on my lunch break.

The weight hasn't come off as quickly as I was hoping, but then again I've been making lifestyle changes at a slow and steady pace so I'm pretty sure that any weight I lose will stay off. I have also had a couple of set-backs/days where I gave in to old habits, but I am happy to report that these set-backs have been happening at larger and larger intervals and hopefully soon they will cease to happen all together.
