Yesterday i went to MY Tools and marked every day from now until 4/4 with the words VEG or MILK (this is the diet) and how many days left until Barb and I are done...in that section you can write a quick journal for each day too...i think that is going to help me going forward, so i can look back at my thoughts if i start losing inspiration as we get closer to 4/04... emoticon
This is a very useful feature of this site!!!!!
