A little down...

So I have to admit, after the build up to Valentine's day, and the great meal and fun time we had, the day after it was a little hard to keep it going. I didn't drink Sunday, which is the goal, and I did do ONE healthy thing, but that was about it. So while I met my goals, I didn't go over like i have been doing, and boy, was I let down. I stuck with it though, one healthy thing Sunday, one healthy thing Monday, still no alcohol. So I feel like I at least am still moving forward, but it was harder!
Today's been better. More water, more fruit, healthy breakfast and lunch.
Dinner tonight out with my MIL. I'll TRY to eat healthy, but hey! One healthy thing, no booze. I can do that.
