i have working my buns off in hopes that some other stuff burns off with it :) So far so good... but 25 pounds to go and my weight loss will hit 40 pounds ooooooo baby yeah! My retardo bf Ari is the best and she deserves some KUDOS! We went out for a bite last night and she was a sweetheart and did not drink because I couldnt I LOVE YOU dirty pirate hooker and I thank you for your support.
It gets hars at times but besides the vanity, yes vanity, I am trying to get rid of the extra weight so that I can be a healthier and more active mommy. My children keep me on my feet all day long and I was finding myself winded after 3 minutes on the trampoline and that was my wake up call MY TRUE wake up call. I am 27 and I jut felt so tired and cranky all the time.
When I lost the first 15 pounds I felt great and I was on track but then some drama came about good and bad and the weight loss stopped but I did not go up sooo that was good but now the rest must come off and stay off. I really dont want to be a stick i like my curves and I love my chimichangas as keith so kindly calls my boobs :)
Of course it is a very slow process and I get frustrated at times but I have started weight training and I AM hooked. It burns so much stress and you feel so strong and my arms are getting so nice and pretty not to mention my back pudge is gonners adios wings!
But I must stay motivated and keep at it. I have stopped weighing myself since 5 times a day was a little retarded! Now I measure and go by the way my clothes fits and drapes over my body. I must say it was very liberating to throw that bit#* out. I never want to see my scale for as long as I live... if I was up even half a pound my day was ruined and I felt guilty for even eating.
Eating hmmm yes I have found it fascinating that I can eat and I eat a lot... 5 meals to be exact well three meals and two snacks as well as my protein shakes. I have limited my fat intake to pretty much nada since i eat soy "meats" its not really an issue. The biggest issue fo course was saying goodbye to my love affair with fried mexican food :( that was a hard one. but I have found good substitutes and have started baking my dishes and yummmmooo they are great. So lets see where this voyage takes my body and lets hope that by the summer I can wear that bathing suit I saw at the GAP
