Day 24! Doing GREAT!!

My month of no alcohol hasn't really been a month of no alcohol, but it's been REEEEEEAAAAALLY close. I had champagne for valentine's day, and also a glass on Oscar night, but nothing else. Which is BIG!
I'm sitting here with a six pound loss for this month (Feb) - thinking about next month. How to keep it going, how to keep the drinking down, how to keep eating healthy. The next big thing for March - I'll have to think. So far, the focus has been on maintaining January's goal (one healthy thing a day), February's goal (no drinking) and my "other goals" in Spark Teams - Which are kind of a lot, now that I think about it. So what to add?? OH!! I KNOW!! One one-mile run per week. That's a good goal. Starting March 1.
So the list looks like this:
Do one healthy thing per day (Jan)
Do a major cut back on the drinking (Feb)
Do one one-mile run per week (Mar)
My other goals are pretty manageable:
Focus on exercise, eating well, rewarding myself 1 x per day (Jedi Training - Star Wars Team Goal)
Drink all my 8 glasses of water
30 minutes on the Wii Fit per day (Wii Fit Mom's Team Goal)
Post one message on a message board each day (Spark goal)
These are not the goals I focus on the most... these are the ones I don't feel awful if I let slip a bit, but I've found I've still been doing a pretty good job of meeting them as well.
