February was GREAT!!! Talk about meeting goals!!! I went from 158 to 153, stopped drinking like a fish and made sure to get plenty of exercise.
March is looking good, seeing as how Sunday I burned my weekly goal of calories just cleaning out my gameroom! This month's focus is running.
Run 3 days per week (couch to 5K running plan).
My reward for March (if I meet my goal) is a new kitchen banquette!
