The girl who cried wolf...

Sunday, March 08, 2009

I seriously feel like the girl who cried wolf. I have fallen off track so many times and so many times I come back and say "I'm back on track," and "I'm going to do this!" And then I always end up falling off again. Well, here I am, back again. lol! I can't guarantee I will stay on track but I am going to give it my best. I updated my page with new pics, weight goals and my GOYAAM plan for the rest of March.
I CAN!!!
I WILL!!!!

Me too! It is hard with kids and life - we just have to do the best we can do and not beat ourselves up over what we "should" be doing!

You know it doesn't matter how many times you fall, the point is that you keep dusting yourself off and getting back up!!

Rock on sister. We're are sisters who cried wolf together--been there all week! "This will be the day...this will be the day!"

But hey, you never know...this JUST might BE the day!
I've heard it said that hitting bottom is when we stop digging.

Maybe I should put down the shovel today?

Hang in there, do what you know works and make it happen my friend! emoticon
