Oops, I have not updated my blog! I am super busy with work!

For March!

I just finished another 4-week weight training routine from Oxygen magazine! I was going to do the next series but it is a 7-day a week routine and there is no way I will have the time this month to accomplish that SO I have decided the training plan from "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" which is a 3-day a week training plan which will work out much better for me.

I'm doing well on nutrition except weekends...not horrible but certainly room for improvement!

    You are being honest with yourself...so that is excellent...you know where your down falls are and you know that you are working out hard so that is awesome!!
