Oops, I have not updated my blog! I am super busy with work!
I just finished another 4-week weight training routine from Oxygen magazine! I was going to do the next series but it is a 7-day a week routine and there is no way I will have the time this month to accomplish that SO I have decided the training plan from "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" which is a 3-day a week training plan which will work out much better for me.
I'm doing well on nutrition except weekends...not horrible but certainly room for improvement!
