Are we there yet?

I'm stuck at 153. I was a little lower, then a little higher, and just stuck at 153. I've adjusted my calories, I've adjusted my activity (or at least started logging exactly how hyper I am), but I just can't seem to get below 153. So I feel like I'm just sitting in the back of the car, knowing I'll reach my destination eventually, but I gotta ask, are we there yet???
