I used to be pretty good at mindful eating, having only as much as I needed and not too much. But I've gone off the rails in the last couple of months and I've started either not eating enough or eating so much I feel uncomfortably full.
Like right now. Urgh. I hate this sensation of heaviness, of running my hands over my belly and feeling it too full and hard.
Must remember to breath. Pay attention. Put the sandwhich down.
