I did do one set each of all the exercises outlined for me yesterday (April 14), but never got back to doing the 2nd set. One day at a time! I will get there. I have to start being totally honest with myself about all that I eat, though. I haven't been recording all of my caloric intake- just because I know I eat way to much junk food. I have a goal of looking good for the beach (in June), so I am motivated to eat healthy and exercise more. I refuse to shoot myself in the foot though. I am going to take it slowly, that way it is a lasting change. I can do this- I know I can!!!!!
