The key to weight loss for me is consistency. This is something that I have not mastered yet. I am still fluctuating with my workouts and eating.
What I like about Spark People, is that we break out goals down into baby steps
and therefore master once aspect of our new lives at a time.
I have been working on not snacking after dinner. That is going well. So...what to work on next? For me, I believe it is logging in my food. That is hard for me because it keeps me accountable.
So...for the rest of the month, I will not snack after dinner and log my food in each day.
I have 15 days to work on that.
