Wow! This is hard! I was doing very good for a few days last week; I was eating healthy and less and I was exercising according to plan. Then came Easter weekend.. I was away for a few days at relatives not controlling my menus and not exercising. Now, boy do I have a hard time getting back in my routine. I'm hungry all the time; craving every food I should avoid. The chocolate is still around from Easter; very tempting even if I'm not a big chocolate lover. No matter how hard it is; I keep trying to get back on track everyday!
