I can honestly say that I am shocked over all the food I eat in the course of a day. I couldn't believe it- eating KFC used up half of my daily allowances!!!!!!!!! I did have a Carnation Instant Breakfast (with 2% milk) for supper last night. Also because last night was Bible Study, there were some desserts there. I had a coffee trifle (thought it was peanut butter) that even though I don't like coffee, I ate! Lesson learned: always, always, ALWAYS ask before eating!!!! There were also those Peanut Butter cookies with the chocolate kisses in the center. I had one!! and only one!!!! I just can't believe how quickly my calories add up~ but I am tracking them........I know I need to add fruits and vegetables, but I figure that I will add them gradually- when I am ready. I know that I am not alone, but it sure feels that way when I don't see anybody for days at a time. I have quite a bit to work on (in general and overall), but I am going slowly! I really don't have much else to write, but I just feel like I should. Don't ask me why........Oh, I found some "older" pictures the other day! I am looking at them daily, and hoping that they will help me stay motivated!!!! They were all before children- even before marriage- but it was when I was my healthiest. One day at a time is my new motto!!! (Okay, maybe not new, but one that I am sticking with this time)
