I have come up with a plan. Since I "was"feeling stressed (feeling better now) with all the housework and exercise that I needed to do in two hours a day that I had free (nap time for my son), I decided that I needed to do something to make life easier.
My plan

is to exercise every other day. Why did I not think of this before?

That way, I can clean on one day and then exercise on the other day

. This has worked out wonderfully!
Today, as I walked through the house and realized the the curtains needed to be put up in my bedroom, I said to myself, "you can do that on Saturday". Tomorrow is my exercise day

My average work out days per month is usually 11 days. If I follow the every-other-day plan, then I would have 15 days of fitness this month. Gee...sounding better every minute! I also find myself working out a bit harder on the elliptical to make it count as I have a day to rest my legs. Even better.
I feel better and even got some much needed rest last night.
Wow...

this is great! I am going to make it to my goal!
