Wow, I haven't been on for four months now!

Update:

Well, although I had stopped using SparkPeople, I do miss everyone! All the great encouragement and love people are great reasons to stick with sparkpeople.

Basically, as some of you read on my profile, I play college tennis for my school, but I have been injured for over a month and a half now. Of course, during this time, I was not able to do any physical activity (except for biking) for a couple of weeks. But once I was a bit better, I decided I'd really adapt yoga into my lifestyle, and needless to say, it has really helped me stay in shape and recover better by getting my balance and staying strong.

Also, I am learning each day how to listen to my body and trust it enough to feed me well and just enough. Sure, I have made mistakes from time to time but nevertheless, the times between binges are becoming less and less and I am getting a better hold of myself when it comes to eating. Praise the Lord for it!

So anyway, you may see me back on here a little more frequently than what I have been doing for the past 4 months (which was practically forgetting about Sparkpeople, unintentionally might I add).
