Even though I want to give up I'm not going to

I've been on the atkins diet and it's easy but really hard for me. I don't mind doing it but I can't feed my kids on it so I give them yogurts and lots of fruit. It's been hard not to take a bite r two. I haven't over done it but I want to move past the atkins diet. Even though it works it's not what I need I was tired all the time. I worked out 70 or more minutes of cardio but when I did adkins it as only like 30 minutes and I had to take a nap that day.

I've been told you always again weight when you go off of it too. I've been pretty good about adding in my carbs, I choose better carbs not just sugar cookies and white bread. If I've added them in , it's been high fiber breads and stuff. I was 208 last months and now I'm 215. I've added strength which I've put off and carbs. I feel like a failer but I'm not going to give up. I don't know where to turn. I have registered my daily food and not gone over but on mothers day. I've stayed in the lower part of the calories and stuff. like I'm suppose to get 1610-1900 and I stay with in 1600-1700 at the most . I love working out and I don't give it up unless I HAVE to. I'm stumped though. I'm not losing and am very afraid of gaining and I don't understand how I am when I work out 5x's a week and stay with in my calorie zone!!!!! What in the world do I have to do to lose????? should I go back to adkins get down to my weight and work from there??????? I really down;t want to but maybe I HAVE TO. What do you think???
