Today was a good day..

I discovered my Unknown II, my friend, Jan, has found a sweety. My evening shift was layed back.
I ate when I was hungry.
Drank water.
Warmed up to do my lats, deltoids, and mid lats...
Now, all is well, for now.
I have to remember:
Lats pull downs starting weight was fifty, sixty,seventy and ninety and my HI final was at 100#s same with rhamboids and mid-lats
Cardio tomorrow
upper delts were at start: 15,20,25,30#s: decrease counts of 12,10,8,6 rest .30 inbetween
