Back on Track

Last week I kind of fell off the band wagon. I had to take some rest due to an injured ankle. I was playing volleyball on Saturday June, 6 and stepped wrong and hurt my ankle. It is better now and I have started off the week right by starting my P90X again. I am hoping that next week will yield a 2 pound loss, but I don't know if it will or not. I did continue to lose over the last week despite not working out and that is very encouraging. I have joined a lose 10 pounds a month challenge and I don't think I am going to make the goal for the month of June going at this rate, LOL. But the effort will hopefully pay off anyway.

    Effort always pays off. Even if you don't see the results on the scale you'll see better habits, more toned body and improved health and energy.
    All that with just some "effort"
