Back on Track

Last week I kind of fell off the band wagon. I had to take some rest due to an injured ankle. I was playing volleyball on Saturday June, 6 and stepped wrong and hurt my ankle. It is better now and I have started off the week right by starting my P90X again. I am hoping that next week will yield a 2 pound loss, but I don't know if it will or not. I did continue to lose over the last week despite not working out and that is very encouraging. I have joined a lose 10 pounds a month challenge and I don't think I am going to make the goal for the month of June going at this rate, LOL. But the effort will hopefully pay off anyway.
